Wand Exercises

Wand Exercises

Exercise One; Attracting

Grasp the wand with your left hand.
With thumb and index finger facing away from you, place the notched end against the middle of your torso (just beneath your ribcage).
With thumb and index finger facing away from you, grip the middle of the wand with your right hand while pointing it about three to four inches from the wall (Note: Reverse these instructions if you are left-handed.)
Close your eyes and visualize the wand pulling you toward the wall.
Within a matter of seconds, the wand end will settle against the wall.
Perform this exercise five to ten times each day for a week.
Record your progress.

Exercise Two: Repelling

Standing with a chair behind you, hold the wand as described in Exercise One.
Close you eyes and visualize the wand thrusting you away from the wall.
You will quickly lose your balance and fall into the chair.
Perform this exercise five to ten times each day for a week.
Record your progress.
It is important to remember out that the wand is only as good as the practitioner who uses it. When doing anything with your wand or any kind of magic, ensure you are relaxed and not distracted, ensure there is no back ground noise or interference, as this will hinder your concentration. Set aside some time when your house is quiet, take a relaxing bath to cleanse you, and you may have better results. littlewitches_1.jpg

PLEASE NOTE: All of our magic wands are handcrafted from wood in England. Don't be fooled into purchasing a "replica" wand made from plastic or "resin" (a polite word for plastic) at twice the price! Our wands are the best & most authentic young wizard wands available.
